This office outfit is the perfect example of a great twist on a classic. The classic shape of the full-length skirt paired with a peter pan collared blouses is great, but it’s made even better by the fun black velvet fabric for the skirt and the edgy geometric shapes on the blouse. The gold collar, cattle statement ring and the beautiful brown clutch complete and finish this outfit with a pop.
While perfect together, you could also pair this blouse with your favorite jeans and a cardigan for a great brunch outfit or a day trip!
The skirt if also a wonderful article of clothing! As we head into the winter months having a solid winter piece like this skirt is perfect to pair with more summery articles of clothing to help the transition into fall.

Perhaps myself more than others, but every time I have an event coming up, I end up buying a new outfit for it. Admittedly, sometimes it is necessary for special occasions, but more often than not I buy an adorable outfit for an event, and then it goes back on the hanger. Then you might think, if you’re like me, “This is so cute. Why don’t I wear this more? or When did I purchase this?”
I don’t want you to get the wrong idea. I am not sitting around in the middle of my room, frosted with an excess of dresses wondering where they came from and how they arrived in my closet. I know where they came from, and I know how they got there.
Here is my typical train of thought:
1. Event coming up! I’m so excited!
1.1 (immediately following step 1) What am I going to wear?
2. What do I have in my closet?
3. Look through closet in 3 seconds.
4. Decide I own nothing, which is a complete lie.
5. Find a dress for the event!
6. Go to the event!
7. Put perfect dress on a hanger where is sleeps for a year, which is forever is perfect dress years.
Here is my solution for breaking this sometimes vicious circle:
The diva dress by Eliza & Ethan
This dress is truly amazing, and there is just so much to love about it! It comes in so many color options that there is sure to be a color that is perfect for you. You know that color that every time you put it on, it’s your color. But the most amazing apart about this dress is that you can wear it in at least 25 different styles! That means that for every event you go to you can style the dress differently so it will never look like the same dress twice. Plus if it’s in your perfect color not only will you look smashing every time you put it on, but you’ll love the way you feel in it. And your closet will not get over loaded with just one color.
So whether you are looking for your perfect little black dress or you want to be the lady in red, the diva dress will be one that you won’t want to miss!

I noticed it for the first time Monday morning. Even before I stepped outside, I knew that fall wasn’t just coming. It had arrived. The air was a little crisper, and the leaves crunched a little louder under my leopard print flats as I walked to class.
With the change of every season, comes the change in wardrobe, one of my favorite aspects of changing seasons is finding that perfect article of clothing that not only makes that season’s wardrobe, but also easily transitions into the next season.
Here is one of my favorites!
I love the classic cut of this dress that has just the right amount of this seasons pop sporting a peter pan collar. Not to mention, I love the colors. The best thing about this dress is that you can pair it with your closet’s classics to make being fall chic even cooler.
For a more casual look pair the Jane Collar dress with your favorite blue jean jacket and loafers.
If you want to add a little bit of an edge to your look pair the dress with a slightly oversized men’s blazer. If you don’t have one lying around try the men’s section of the store.
NOTE: Wear the jacket; don’t let the jacket wear you! “Oversized” does not mean swallowed whole. Find a jacket that is roomy, but also fits through the shoulders and torso. Try the men’s section of the thrift store; even if you find one that you really love, but is just too big bring it into Molly Green for alterations!
Dress it up! Pair the Jane Collar dress with a nice blazer and a elegant yet slightly understated piece of jewelry with pumps or ankle boots.

Happy Fall!
