Every year, for as long as I can remember, my family has gone to the beach. It wasn’t that we had a house (we don’t) or because we knew anyone down there. We just went because it was summer. It was time we got to spend together, and most importantly, we went because my mother loves the beach!
As I got older, I hit that awkward stage between feeling/thinking I was too old/cool to build sandcastles and finding my school assigned summer reading too boring to finish. In this awkward stage, I lost interest in the beach, but never in the swimsuit I got to buy to go to the beach. Through the years, I collect a plethora of beach themed swimsuits all primarily from Limited Too. I got over my awkward stage as all kids eventually do, and I grew up. That slight resentment, I gain during those years has long since past. I have grown to love the beach as my mother loves it, and to adore the fashion opportunities it affords me.
